SpaceCast is a software product available at SpaceCast.pro that helps creators, hosts, and live audio users route desktop audio into X Spaces.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate, secure, support, and deliver SpaceCast.

If you create an account, we may collect:

• Your account login status

• Your subscription or license status

• Account settings

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe may collect and process payment information, billing details, and transaction data according to its own privacy policy.

• Whether audio routing is enabled or disabled

• Extension settings and preferences

• Selected SpaceCast features

We do not store or sell your audio.
We do not use your audio for advertising.
We do not use your audio to train AI models.
We do not care what you are saying on Spaces. (No offense)

SpaceCast is a pipe, not a tape recorder.

3. What We Do Not Collect

SpaceCast intentionally does not collect:

• Your private messages

• Your passwords

• Your full browsing history

• Your credit card number

• Your contacts

• Your X account password

• The content of pages unrelated to SpaceCast functionality

We are not interested in your bank password, your group chats, or the weirdly specific thing you searched at 2:13 a.m.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide SpaceCast features

• Authenticate your account

• Confirm your subscription status

• Process payments through Stripe

• Prevent fraud or abuse

• Respond to support requests

• Comply with legal obligations

We are not interested in determining what kind of lotion you're most likely to purchase for "a friend".

5. Chrome Extension Permissions

SpaceCast may request browser permissions that are necessary for the extension to work. We only use permissions for user-facing SpaceCast features, such as enabling audio routing, managing extension settings, and confirming account or subscription status.

We do not use Chrome extension permissions to collect unrelated browsing activity.

6. Limited Use Disclosure

SpaceCast’s use of information received from browser permissions complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This means:

• We do not store user data.

• We do not sell user data.

• We do not use user data for advertising.

• We do not transfer user data except as needed to provide SpaceCast, comply with the law, prevent abuse, or with your consent.

• We do not use user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

SpaceCast has trust issues, so we only use 1 third party.

• Stripe for payments and billing.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. The only instance in which information is shared:

• Process payments

• Respond to support requests

• Comply with legal requirements

9. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as legally required.

For example:

• Account information is kept while your account exists.

• Payment records may be kept as required for tax, accounting, and legal reasons.

12. Children’s Privacy

SpaceCast is not intended for children under 13. We do not collect personal information from children under 13.

13. International Users

If you use SpaceCast from outside the United States, your information may be snagged by your helicopter government, and SpaceCast has no control over this.

14. Changes to This Policy

While changes to the policy may take place, we have no plans to buy storage space and start risking our business and your information, so don't expect any sudden or alarming changes. We value our personal privacy, and we value yours.
